Questions
Can I use Apple Mail, Outlook or my phone's mail app?
Rasket Inbox runs in your browser on any device, and it installs as an app. Mail apps such as Apple Mail and Outlook (IMAP and SMTP) are coming to the paid plans.
Is there a phone app?
Yes. Open Rasket Inbox in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen: it opens like any other app, and it can tell you when new mail arrives.
Can I bring my old mail?
Yes. Upload an mbox export from your old provider and it lands in the right mailbox, threaded.
What about spam?
Spam lands in a Spam folder, and marking a message trains the filter for your team. Every message can tell you why it landed where it did.
How much storage do I get?
5 GB per mailbox, pooled across the team, and 15 GB per mailbox once you are paying for one. Another 100 GB is $15 a month.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Close a mailbox and its seat stops billing that day; export your mail as mbox first if you want a copy.
